Thankful. God blesses us in wonderful ways. Even in the midst of the mess. God still has our backs as long as we can see past the mess. I can't count how many times this year alone I have been caught up in the mess and overlooked the blessings over my head, in my refrigerator, on the stove, on my back, looking me in my face and smilling so big, and around me keeping me strong by lifting me up and consoling me. I other words. Shelter, food , clothes, children, family friends. The things that keep us going in life. It's easy to overlook these things when I can't see past myself. PTSD Pray Through the Storm Dear.

Sometimes I wonder why I'm the way I am. Why I bow like Japan and shake every mans hand? / Lord I love people... they teach me what to see / but see I Fell in Love with Lonely thinking it's the Mac n Me / Diagnosis turned out to be severe PTSD / Solider since 14 the military Honed me / the streets consoled me like a new born baby / I miss my mama so I'm out here daily because she made me / The man I am today by our good God's grace / Jimal L.
